  • Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery typically takes 7–15 working days after dispatch across India.

2.2 Factors Affecting Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Distance from our warehouse (Jaipur, Rajasthan)
  • Courier partner operations and routes
  • Weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions

2.3 Split Shipments

  • Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately
  • Each shipment will have its own tracking ID

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

4. Serviceability & Coverage

4.2 Unserviceable Locations

  • If a pincode is not serviceable, we reserve the right to:
    • Cancel the order
    • Issue a full refund

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing:

  • Valid mobile number for delivery coordination

Failure to Deliver

We are not liable for delivery failures due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete details
  • Customer unavailability

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics
  • Government restrictions
  • Infrastructure or network failures

Delivery timelines will be extended accordingly.


8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

8.1 Damaged Packages

  • Do not accept visibly damaged or tampered packages
  • Report immediately to support

8.2 Lost or Missing Orders

  • If marked “Delivered” but not received
  • Or stuck in transit for more than 20 days

9. Non-Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)

An order may be marked RTO (Return to Origin) if delivery fails due to:

Consequences

  • Two-way shipping charges may be deducted
  • Re-shipping will require additional payment
  • COD facility may be restricted for repeated cases

10. Fraud Prevention & Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious or high-risk orders
  • Cancel orders due to logistics limitations

In such cases:

  • Customers will be notified
  • A full refund will be issued

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Our responsibility is limited to handing over the order to the courier partner
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics

However, we will assist in tracking and resolution.

Total liability is limited to the order value paid by the customer.
