- Distance from our warehouse (Jaipur, Rajasthan)

- Weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions
2.3 Split Shipments
- Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately
- Each shipment will have its own tracking ID

8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

- Do not accept visibly damaged or tampered packages

8.2 Lost or Missing Orders
- If marked “Delivered” but not received
- Or stuck in transit for more than 20 days

9. Non-Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)
An order may be marked RTO (Return to Origin) if delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address or phone number
- Customer unavailable after 3 attempts
- Refusal to accept delivery
Consequences
- Two-way shipping charges may be deducted
- Re-shipping will require additional payment
- COD facility may be restricted for repeated cases
10. Fraud Prevention & Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel suspicious or high-risk orders
- Cancel orders due to logistics limitations
In such cases:
- Customers will be notified
- A full refund will be issued
11. Limitation of Liability
- Our responsibility is limited to handing over the order to the courier partner
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics
However, we will assist in tracking and resolution.
Total liability is limited to the order value paid by the customer.
